Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms govern your use of arrivelux.com and any order placed through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or buying something you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Arrivelux is the trading name of SCARF SPRINT LLC, based in WARRENSBURG, MO. We sell Travel & Bath Comfort products through this online store and nowhere else; we operate no physical shop and no other storefront.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you give us — name, address, contact details and payment details — is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it that way. An order built on information we cannot verify may be cancelled.

3. Your account

If you create an account, its login details are yours to protect. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at support@arrivelux.com immediately if you believe somebody else has gained access to it.

4. Products and availability

We describe every product as accurately as we can, with its materials, measurements and quantities on its own page. Photographs are representative: a colour may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements taken by hand carry a small tolerance, which the product page notes where it applies. We may change, restock or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice, and we may limit the quantity of a single item sold to one customer.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Where tax applies it is calculated and displayed at checkout alongside the product price, so the total you confirm is the total you pay. Prices may change at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Should a price or a description be published in error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed at the wrong price, refunding you in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that the offer has been received; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for a stock problem, a pricing error or a suspected fraudulent transaction — and will refund anything already taken.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection and under PCI-DSS rules, and we do not store full card details. Every charge is displayed before you confirm; there are no hidden fees.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@arrivelux.com as soon as you possibly can. We process orders quickly, so one that has already been packed or handed to a carrier may not be possible to stop.

9. Delivery

We ship within Canada, to every province and territory except Quebec, and nowhere else. Standard shipping is free, there is no expedited service, and the timings and conditions are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery. A change of mind is not a ground for return. 11. Intellectual property

The text, product photography, graphics, layout and logos on this site are owned by or licensed to Arrivelux and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or adapt any part of the site for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

12. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not interfere with its operation or its security, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish its content or its images.
• Do not upload malicious code or anything designed to disrupt the site or other users.
• Do not impersonate another person or use payment details that are not yours.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the information accurate and the site running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, and we give no warranty beyond those the law imposes and does not permit us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrivelux and SCARF SPRINT LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or of any product bought through it, including lost data, lost revenue and lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCARF SPRINT LLC, its members and its staff against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and of the United States. Any dispute arising out of them, or out of your use of the site, is to be brought in the courts located in the State of Missouri. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory that cannot be waived by contract.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version, with its effective date, always sits on this page, and continuing to use the site after a revision is published means you accept it.

19. Severability

If any provision here is found to be unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the unenforceable part is applied as closely as the law permits to its original intent.
