Payment Methods
Effective October 12, 2026. This page sets out how you can pay at Arrivelux, how your card details are protected, and what to do when a payment will not go through.
What we accept
You can pay with any of the following:
- Shop Pay
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- Elo
- JCB
- UnionPay
The options available to you are displayed at checkout before you confirm anything.
How your details are protected
Checkout runs over an SSL/TLS encrypted connection, and payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. Your full card number is never seen or stored on our own servers.
Prices and what you are charged
Every price on this site is in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total — the product price plus any applicable tax — appears at checkout before you confirm the order, and your card is charged at the moment that order is placed. There are no handling fees, no surcharges and nothing added afterwards.
Order confirmation
A confirmation email follows a successful payment within a few minutes. If it has not arrived, check the spam or junk folder first; if it is not there either, write to support@arrivelux.com and we will send it again.
If a payment is declined
- Check that the billing address and card details match exactly what your bank holds.
- Make sure the funds or the credit are available.
- Look for a block or a limit set by your card issuer, which is the most common cause of all.
- Try one of the other methods listed above.
