Travel and bathing are both about landing softly. Arrivelux puts the two together: packing cubes and luggage straps for the leaving, bath trays and towel racks for the arriving, and garment care and insulated flasks for everything that happens in between.

Questions, answered

How do I clean an insulated flask or tumbler?

Hand wash with warm soapy water and a long-handled bottle brush, then leave it to air dry with the lid off so the seal stays fresh. Only put it in a dishwasher if the product page says it is dishwasher safe.

Will a packing cube fit my suitcase?

Every listing gives the measured dimensions of the item. Compare them with the inside of your case rather than its outside size, which includes the wheels and the handle housing.

How should I look after silicone and wooden bath pieces?

Rinse after use and wipe dry. Silicone trays take mild soap and warm water; wood prefers a damp cloth and a dry shelf, and should never be left to soak.

Do hooks and racks need drilling?

Our suction and adhesive pieces mount on smooth, dry tile or glass without tools. Where screws or fasteners are supplied, the product page says so in the specifications.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing at all. Standard shipping is free on every order we deliver in Canada (every province and territory except Quebec), with no minimum order. We do not offer an express service and we do not ship internationally.

When will my order reach me?

We process orders within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Can I return something?

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item, within 30 days of delivery, and damage should be reported within 72 hours with photos. We do not take change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. The checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and your full card details are never stored on our servers.
